Social Compliance Manager

Reports to Director of Forecasting and Supply Chain, Bobbi Lee

Summary of Position:

Apparel designer, manufacturer, importer and distributor of lifestyle and licensed products as position for qualified person in the field of Social Compliance with duties strictly focused on managing contract suppliers thru company CSR policies to insure compliance with company Workplace Code of Conduct for labor practices and policies and security requirements in accordance C-TPAT standards.  Some of the other key responsibilities of this position are:

  • Collect and review factory profiles of potential new sources for compliance to Antigua’s Code of Conduct. 
  • Arrange factory audits, corrective action plans and remediation’s in accordance with company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Compliance Management Program
  • Maintain partnership with third party service providers to develop necessary trainings and tools to further educate factory base.
  • Record Keeping/Reporting
  • Vendor/Factory Profiles
  • Self-Assessments
  • Code of Conduct agreements
  • Audit history
  • Stakeholder Engagement by creating and sharing annual reports
  • Develop presentations for internal/external sales staff
  • Monitor Health, Safety and Environment Performance by assure vendors adherence to the standards.
  • Act as a liaison in any claims, disputes or investigations via worker, labor union or third parties
  • Engage with NGO’s in order to influence local governments on improving a specific element of working conditions
  • Gatekeeper of AX Item setup process, adding and maintaining the style master

Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidate must have five years of Corporate Responsibility / Social Compliance or Supply Management experience, as a degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred. Experience and/or knowledge of FLA principles and best practices are also required. Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects is a necessity.  Excellent communication skills are essential and experience in public speaking is beneficial.  Ability to become proficient with using the Microsoft Dynamics AX program is vital, as the candidate must have high skill level with Microsoft Office products; Excel Outlook and Word.  The candidate who has two years experiences with accredited auditing of apparel companies / footwear brands or collegiate licensing compliance in supply chain/vendor management is a plus.

Golf, Corporate and Tennis Customer Care Rep.

Reports to Golf, Corporate and Tennis Manager, Lauren Ullinskey

Summary of Position:

Support the golf, corporate and tennis divisions by processing orders in a timely manner.  The ability to be extremely organized, detail oriented and have excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.  Some of the other key responsibilities of this position are:

  • Assist Customers and Sales reps by answering the telephone, taking and processing orders, checking inventory and providing an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Research and resolve issues and problems for customers.
  • Follow up with key Golf and Tennis accounts.
  • Confirm and/or update Golf, Corporate and Tennis Online orders.
  • Handle specialization services as directed by Customer Service Manager.
  • Monitor the daily Load Projection report to ensure orders are given to Logo
  • Coordination on a timely basis in order to meet ship dates.
  • Support the Inside Sales division as needed.
  • Aid Customer Service Manager in training CSR’s on product, procedures and techniques to achieve and maintain exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidate will need to be a high school graduate with two years of Customer Services experience. The aptitude to provide excellent verbal and written communication, work in a very fast paced environment, be detail oriented, and manage multiple priorities are essential.  It is vital to possess great problem solving abilities. It is necessary to have an intermediate skill level with navigating Microsoft Windows products.
