Customer Service/Operations Administrative Assistant
Summary of Position:
To manage all administrative functions for the Customer Service and Operations departments.
Complete and distribute multiple time sensitive and departmental excel reports as well as distributing faxes several times a day. Prepare multiple month end reports for corporate and executive management distribution. Handle the replacements, exchanges, damages and returned shipments for our Bridgestone programs. Is expected to assist with purging logos, canceling orders, processing RA’s and Credit Memos, in addition to processing, assembling and mailing embroidery logos and swatches. Some other key responsibilities of the position will be:
Manage time sheets for all Customer Service Managers and maintain multi-purpose room schedule.
Code all new orders to show that they are moving to the next step.
Prepare detail information of our weekly UPS bill and research chargebacks.
Answer the switchboard on a rotating basis during the operator’s breaks and lunch.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidate will need to be a high school graduate, with two years of administrative and telephone experience. It is vital that the candidate exercises a high degree of confidentially and has the aptitude to provide excellent grammatical, written and verbal communication. It is essential to have intermediate level skills using Microsoft 2010 Excel program and Word. Will need to have a team player attitude and work in a very fast paced environment. The ability to manage multiple priorities is also required.
