I received a bill for something I already returned. What should I do?

Sometimes our bills and our customers’ returns cross in the mail. We’ll issue you full credit as soon as we receive the returned product in our warehouse. If you receive another payment request, please call our Credit Services line at 1-800-562-9777.


I received a bill for something I already paid for. What should I do?

Your payment and our bill or statement probably crossed in the mail. If you sent your check more than a month ago, please call our Credit Services line at 1-800-562-9777 to discuss the details of your check.


I received a bill for product I did not receive. What should I do?

First, check the date of the charge. If it is recent, your shipment will probably arrive within a week. If it is not recent, please contact us. We will be happy to research it and send a replacement out. Please call our Credit Services line at 1-800-562-9777.


I received product I did not order. What should I do?

Please call our Customer Service or Credit Services lines at either 1-800-528-3133 or 1-800-562-9777 to review this issue. We will be happy to correct it for you.


I received a shipment that was short some of the items I ordered. What should I do?

Check the packing slip first. Some of the items may be on back order. If the packing slip does not indicate any back orders, please call our Customer Service line at 1-800-528-3133.
